Best Upcoming Building Developments for Salt Lake

It would seem, that Salt Lake City is on the cusp of building boom. It’s to be part hotel and part condos.  CCH Hotel (Convention Center Hotel) This development has taken years to even talk about. It’s disappointing development hasn’t even begun. This building is a huge deal to SLC, as it’s tied to bringing in and catering to SLC’s conventions, it would allow for more, and bigger, conventions to come to town, and be an economic boon. Let’s hope this hotel offers at least 1000 rooms, rumor is that it won’t, because local hoteliers are throwing their weight around. Instead of long-term, these hoteliers are...

Becoming Salt Lake City Home Owner Key to Utah Good Living

Becoming Salt Lake City Home Owner Key to Utah Good Living Buying a home in Salt Lake City and the surrounding cities is key to affording life in Utah. Most renters are paying out the ear for apartments and condos, partly because of a housing shortage. The takeaway from this story, is if you can afford a home, buy it. Gap between Salt Lake renters, owners has grown over past decade “An analysis by The Associated Press shows a growing gap between Salt Lake homeowners and renters in the decade since the American housing market peaked and then crashed.
