Utah, we just finished up a floor installation project with these ‘Rustic Maple’ Laminate Flooring project photos.
The project was a quick one. It took only four days from demolition of the old flooring and laying of the new laminate product. Of course there were issues to overcome, but our team of expert installers tackled those issues easily and on time.
Our client came to us with a desire for light natural wood that would work for their house. We talked about all the options, wood, bamboo, engineered, LVT, and of laminate, which is what they chose. Our client chose the laminate because it’s very durable and super realistic looking and has a solid (not hollow) feeling when you walk on it. The grain of the flooring also complimented their home very nicely. Once we started laying down the flooring the client became very excited, as they should be, because it’s a major decision to have new floors put in, and in this case it adds value to the home, as the flooring will last for a long time, most likely over 25 years, especially if clean and maintained properly. Another great thing about our laminate products is that they are water-resistant and if there is a leak then each board can be pulled up individually, dried, and then put down again. And if you have a water proof pad underneath then just wipe that off too and you will be set.
